General Terms and Conditions
1. General
Following general terms of business pass for all contracts, deliveries and other achievements.
2. Offer
Our offers are not obligatory. Little deviation and technical changes compared with our
representations or descriptions are possible.
3. Extra
To every order we enclose a signed autograph card of RAGE and a plectron of Victor Smolski
or RAGE!!!
4. Delivery and payment
The terms of delivery and payment of "MUSIC AND WEB" are as follow: The order form has to be
filled up completely. The merchandise articles will be delivered only after advance payment.
Depending on kind and amount of the ordered articles as well as the country you're living the
costs of shipment may vary. The amount of invoice of your order has to be transfered in EURO
to the bank account of MUSIC AND WEB, or by cash to our postal address. If you are living outside
of the European currency union it's realy costly transfering money to a bank account in Germany.
In that case we will tell you a way of payment in an eMail, you'll getting after your order
reached us. After receipts of the money the ordered merchandise articles will be send to you by
postal parcel immediately. We don't accept any foreign cheques. For handling and postage in-between
Europe we have to ask for at least 8 EURO for your order. Depending on the amount and weight of your
order, the postage can be higher. An order in-between Germany which is more then 100 EURO is free
of postage.
